Laura Migliorino is off to Fulbright

I am photographing the archives of Rosamond Johnson and Samuel Coleridge - Taylor. The photo series and related research is an extension of my James Weldon Johnson series. I am hosted by The Eccles Center for American Studies at The British Library. I am thrilled and humbled! I'll be in London February 1 - July 25, 2021

You can show your support for the James Weldon Johnson Foundation by purchasing artwork by JWJ Artists in Residency Alumni through the new Lift Collective. The Foundation commissioned each of us to create a new work of art specifically for the Lift Collective.

This is a great opportunity to add some amazing art to your collection and support the work of the JWJ Foundation.

The James Weldon Johnson Book is featured in the Photography Book show currently at Davis Orton Gallery in NY and moves to The Griffin Museum of Photography in Winchester MA in early 2021. The book is an artist printed and hand-bound accordion book of eight photographs from the JWJ Foundation archives. The book is $200, an edition of 25, and $50 is donated to the JWJ Foundation in the collector's name.
